Teleperformance opened in Montego Bay, Jamaica in 1999 as a key location for handling collections. In 2008, we expanded our services to include customer care, sales, and tech support services.

To date, Teleperformance in Jamaica provides services in English for various industries, including telecommunications, travel, and financial services for automotive, retail, and major bank cards. Through voice, chat, and email, our interaction experts elevate the customer experience and provide collections service, customer care, repair, back-office, and sales.
